The Best Bar None (BBN) People’s Choice Awards gives Grande Prairie residents a chance to salute their favourite BBN bars that regularly go above and beyond in providing excellent service and safety.

In conjunction with the 5th annual BBN Grande Prairie Accreditation and Awards event being held on September 18, the inaugural People’s Choice Awards allows Grande Prairie residents to vote for their favourite accredited venues.

Voters can go online at bestbarvote.ca to vote for their favourite establishment in three categories:

• People’s Choice Best Bar

Vote for the bar that you feel works the hardest to create a safer night out.

• Best Food

Which Grande Prairie BBN-accredited bar has the best food? Vote for the place where the menu is full of your favourite items and the chef and the kitchen team never let you down.

• Best Staff

Which bar has your favourite staff? The place with friendly bartenders, wonderful servers and vigilant and helpful door staff. Vote for the bar with the all-star lineup.

Voting takes place from September 4-17, 2018, with winners announced at the BBN Accreditation and Awards event on September 18.

Every accredited bar on the list has just completed an extensive review of its operations and policies, detailed site visit and interview with BBN Grande Prairie assessors to demonstrate that they are ready to provide a safer and more enjoyable night out with friends (…or drinks after work… or a tasty lunch… or a celebratory dinner…or a date night… or karaoke or….you get the picture).
